Shipping & Returns
If you place an order with us, whatever the size, your shipping within the UK will always be free! We are also happy to send out fabric samples free of charge - please feel free to use this service if you are at all unsure about a colour match.
We also offer delivery to the EU, United States, Australia and the United Arab Emirates for a standard flat rate charge. If you would like delivery to a country not specified here, please send an email to Candice@Candidowl.com for a postage quote.
In regards to the length of time before you receive your order, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All UK orders are then sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour and will arrive with you within 2 working days after dispatch. Please note that this is a tracked and signed delivery service, therefore, the item will need to be signed for. We're always happy to deliver to business addresses to makes things that little bit easier for you.
All International orders will be sent via Courier. Again, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days and they should arrive with you 5 working days after the date of dispatch.
We completely understand that purchasing a product online can be a tricky business, as it can be difficult to picture in your home setting (colour, size etc.). With this in mind, we're happy to fully refund or exchange items, providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and undamaged.
If you do need to discuss a return or exchange, please send an email to Candice@Candidowl.com and we will advise you on the next steps. As part of the returns process, we will ask you to return the item to us via Royal Mail.
We'll always wait to receive your item back with us before processing your refund but, please be assured that this will be actioned within 24 hours of receiving your item back, providing it is undamaged. This refund should then be back in your account within 3 - 5 working days.
